The Apple Cup Cafe, originally known as the Snack Shack was founded in 1957. Soon after its establishment, it was renamed, paying homage to the hydroplane races held in Chelan between 1957-1960. Though the races have come and gone, the name has been there forevermore!

Owned and operated by the Peterson family since 1996, second generation Ryan and wife Erin Peterson have been the proprietors as of 2013. Bringing family style meals with generous portions, the Apple Cup is committed to providing a relaxed environment with a great meal. Added on in the 80’s the Fireside Lounge offers nightly bar specials and is keen to some of Chelan’s most iconic locals.
